We currently provide on-site delivery and installation services across:

  • Rajasthan

  • Uttar Pradesh

  • Haryana

  • Gujarat

  • Punjab

  • Madhya Pradesh

  • Other select regions across North and Central India

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the type and size of the solar project. Typical timelines are:

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to government approvals (e.g., net metering), weather conditions, or supply chain factors. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.


3. Shipping Method

  • All equipment is delivered directly to the project site by our logistics partners or installation team.

  • Products are handled with care and packaged to ensure no damage during transport.

  • You are not required to arrange separate logistics unless specifically discussed.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery and shipping costs are included in your total project quotation unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Remote or hard-to-access locations

    • Special transport requirements for large-scale projects

All such costs will be communicated transparently in your project quote.


5. Inspection on Delivery

  • Upon delivery, we request the customer or their representative to inspect all components before installation.

  • In case of any visible damage or missing parts, please notify our team immediately at the time of delivery.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (flood, storm, etc.)

  • Transport strikes or vehicle breakdowns

  • Delays in government approvals or subsidy processing

  • Force majeure or other unforeseeable events


7. Installation Coordination

Delivery and installation are typically scheduled together for a smooth setup. Our technical team will contact you to confirm the delivery window and coordinate installation timing.
