Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Raj & Sons Solar Energy, we value transparency and strive to provide a fair and efficient experience for all our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for our products and services.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Consultations & Site Visits

  • You may cancel a scheduled consultation or site survey within 24 hours of booking at no charge.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a nominal administrative fee, if applicable.

b. Solar Installation Orders

  • Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of order confirmation or quotation acceptance.

  • If system procurement or installation has already begun, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Custom or special-order equipment cannot be canceled once the order is placed with the supplier.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Project is canceled by the customer within 48 hours of order confirmation

  • Services paid for in advance are not rendered due to factors within our control

  • Excess advance payment (if any) made in error

b. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • Equipment has already been procured or installed

  • Cancellation is requested after the installation has commenced

  • Delays are caused by third-party approvals (e.g., DISCOM, government agencies)

  • Refund request is made for government subsidies (which are non-refundable)

3. Refund Process

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • We will notify you via email or phone once your refund is initiated.

4. Changes to Scheduled Projects

If you need to reschedule your installation or cleaning service, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request without additional charges.
